Key Responsibilities:
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, secure, and scalable technical architectures aligned with business goals and future growth.
- Lead Technical Teams: Guide cross-functional development teams, ensuring efficient collaboration, productivity, and timely delivery.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills.
- Pre-Sales & Proposals: Collaborate with sales and business teams to provide technical insights, create solution proposals, and participate in client discussions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry benchmarks throughout the development lifecycle.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve system performance and scalability.
- Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with clients, product managers, and leadership to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in software development and system architecture
- Strong expertise in system design, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in agile environments
- Knowledge of enterprise-level application architecture
